Good evening one and all. In a few short minutes we will be setting our clocks ahead by and hour and I will be one sleepy guy tomorrow! Time is moving by so fast it seems. I myself am nearly 3 months away from my first wedding anniversary. I now know the feeling each one of my couples must experience when they too arrive at that first anniversary.

I wanted to simply take a moment and let everyone who visits the page know that I am completely full for the 2010 season! I want to thank all the awesome couples I will have the opportunity to work with this year. I had a ton of inquiries for dates that filled up really quick. I actually had to turn away so many awesome people this year it was a bit sad for me. I wish I could shoot them all (with a camera of course LOL). Just a nice reminder for future 2011 and beyond brides: Make sure you book as far in advance for your photographer as you can. The good photographers book first.

Coming in the next several months as well I will be posting about my planned portrait work for 2011 (namely that I am going to start doing it) and my new and unique wedding collection. CrossWorks Photography is also going to get a lot more exclusive in 2011 as I will be taking no more than 6 weddings. My busy life schedule and the sheer amount of weddings I have taken in 2009 and will take in 2010 have caused me to want to focus more on each wedding and also offer more portraits. But I won’t get all long winded on you now. More to come on this soon!

Good day one and all. I have been a bit aloof over the past month or so. The weather has actually been quite nice as well. I wanted to take time to post some personal images I had taken while I get ready to ramp up the wonderful 2010 wedding season. I have been meeting tons of wonderful brides and grooms over the past few weeks. Some have even been thinking ahead enough to be planning for their 2011 weddings.

I took these images a few weeks ago on a Sunday. The weather was really odd and the light dust of snow we had gotten the night before clung to the trees like a gentle touch of diamonds. Hurrying out to Petrifying Springs Park, my wife and I started shooting right away. The sky started out overcast which worked well but then the sun came out. No sooner had it touched the branches then most of the snow vaporized right into the air. I was really bummed but we got some great pictures none the less.
